The Excellence Center in Jordan recruits, screens, and hires qualified teachers who hold degrees in a variety of relevant fields. Our teachers are fluent in English, Arabic, and German, and have been working at our educational centers since 2011.
They have extensive experience helping local and international students of all ages and from diverse cultural and knowledge backgrounds work toward fluency. In addition, they are adept at using interactive methods in online environments and have a track record of helping students reach their language-learning goals efficiently.
Our teachers hold bachelor’s and master’s degrees in diverse fields such as English Literature, Arabic Literature, German as a Foreign Language, English as a Foreign Language, and Teaching Methods.
Additionally, our teachers continually hone their skills and accrue experience engaging with students by participating in international and local training events on teaching methods, communication skills, class management, E-learning, curriculum development, and management of educational activities.

Osama Abu Hussein – Community Outreach Specialist
With an unwavering commitment to community engagement, Osama Abu Hussein connects with local organizations, volunteers, and NGOs. He strives to foster collaboration and build strong relationships to uplift our community.
Marwa Shantir – School Manager
Marwa Shantir ensures the smooth operation of the Excellence Center in Jordan. She creates a welcoming environment for all students and international participants, ensuring their comfort and enjoyment.
Khitam Shantir – Administrative Assistant
Khitam Shantir is the backbone of our operations. She handles day-to-day administrative tasks and provides invaluable support to all staff members. Her dedication and efficiency keep our school running smoothly.
Arabic Instructors
Our team takes pride in its composition of native Arabic speakers. Many of our instructors hold degrees in relevant fields, including Teaching Arabic to Non-native Speakers, Teaching Arabic as a Second Language, Arabic cultural studies, and Arabic Literary Studies.
